DUCKIE
Purveyors of Progressive Working Class Entertainment

I have been with Duckie from its beginning in 1995 when I lived in London, UK and was one of the original Duckie regulars.   The avant-garde performance art nightclub for homosexual ladies and gentlemen in south London never ceases to reinvent itself.   I made the unofficial Duckie webiste which later became the official site when I transferred control of the domain duckie.co.uk to Simon Casson and Amy Lame, the founders of Duckie.   From 1996 to 2014 I maintained, expanded and reinvented the Duckie website under Simon's direction.   Today the purveyors of progressive working class entertainment enjoy international success with travelling shows, including one for which I had the joy of being stage manager in New York City.  At home in the UK they've staged blockbuster events that attract thousands of guests - most famously their annual GAY SHAME celebration of homosexual misery and lesbian weakness - a creative antidote to the ongoing commercialisation, watering down and growing cultural irrelevance of "Pride".   Duckie now just uses a cookie-cutter template site with a boring flat corporate logo, but I've retired much of my original custom Duckie creation from the glory days of Duckie at:
